CalmBoarding is a virtual support service that helps anxious travelers feel more confident and prepared before flying. You’ll work with a Personal Travel Support Guide who offers real-time guidance, emotional support, and planning help.
No. CalmBoarding does not provide clinical therapy or medical advice. Instead, we offer non-clinical support — calming tools, helpful strategies, and compassionate check-ins from someone who understands how stressful travel can feel.
Support can include:
• Personalized flight prep walkthroughs
• Calming techniques like breathing or grounding tools
• Discussing your plan step-by-step
• Live virtual support (total of 15–20 min) during key moments
• Crisis Add-on help during last-minute disruptions (like delays)
What are your qualifications?
CalmBoarding is rooted in lived experience, emotional support training, and a deep understanding of travel anxiety. While not a therapist, your guide is skilled at helping clients stay regulated, clear-headed, and cared for — even in high-stress moments.
What’s your cancellation or boundaries policy?
We ask all clients to review our Respectful Use Policy and Support Boundaries before booking. Your guide deserves the same respect and clarity you do. We're here to help — within healthy limits.
